Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if upon receiving the item a fault is present within that 14 day period. Please see Exceptions / non-returnable items below for exclusions to this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Adam C Designs, 7 Moorside, Malborough, Kingsbridge, Devon TQ7 3RX.

You are responsible for arranging your own return postage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot be held responsible if you order the wrong size ring. Please see “How To Measure Your Ring Size For Buying Rings Online” in our FAQ Section here. Also see Exceptions / non-returnable items. We cannot be held responsible if you order the wrong ring size item. Nor any personalised or made-to-order item, or for any misspelt engravings at the point of order.

We will aim for your repair or replacement to be fully resolved in 60 days, however, this timescale may vary. Refunds, when agreed, will be processed within 14 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
None of my jewellery is mass produced. Every single item is made to order one by one in my workshop, so I strive to make the perfect piece for you every time. None of my jewellery is returnable for refund. The only exception to this would be if upon receiving the item a fault is present within a 14 day period. If this is the case you will be eligible to return the item for a refund or replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Product Guarantee

All of our products are guaranteed against inherent faults for 12 months from the date of dispatch, however, if Adam C Designs determines that the damage was not due to normal wear-and-tear, or is damaged through improper use or improper care we cannot be held responsible. We cannot be held responsible for work carried out by yourself or a third-party.

We will also not be held responsible for scratching, tarnishing, denting, chipping, or damage caused to any product.
